Serving temperature: Serve cold at 8-10 °C.
Harvest: End of August.
Vinification: The grapes are trodden and pressed with the sudden separation of the peels. the grape juice goes to the fermentation in steel wine tanks and the temperature is constantly at 15 °C.
Color: Ruby with garnet colored highlights.
Bouquet: The bouquet is rich of little mature fruits.
Palate: The taste is persistent, balanced and velvety.
