Grapes: 100% Nero d' Avola
Production area: Sicily, Italy
Vinification: Handpicked grapes in small bins; de-stemmed and crushed then fermentation took place with the skin in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts at controlled temperature. After full malolactic, the wine was aged in French oak barrels for 6 months.
Color: Bright plum color with shades of violet.
Bouquet: Notes of cherry, plum and wild berry leads to a fresh and lively pallet, notes of wet leaves and spice.
Palate: The wine is soft, easy drinking with a very pleasant finish.
